Nasarawa State Governor Abdullahi Sule has hinted that most of his appointees worked against him in the last election.
The governor also thanked all his appointees for serving under his administration and for helping the government achieve what it has so far achieved.
He said: “The last time we had this kind of meeting was just before the elections, when we asked for your support to do everything you could to help us achieve success at the elections. I have seen and heard that a lot of you worked for our success, while some worked for us to lose the elections.
“At the end of the day, with God on your side, nothing is impossible. At the end of the day, we are all successful because we won the elections”
About 26 commissioners, 32 special advisers, 69 Senior Special Assistants, 53 Special Assistants, and 64 personal assistants were dissolved.
Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed has approved the dissolution of the State Executive Council (SEC) with immediate effect.
Secretary to the State Government, Ibrahim Kashim, announced the dissolution while briefing reporters at the valedictory session of the SEC yesterday.
