Effurun, Delta State – The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Dr. Dennis Otuaro, paid a courtesy visit to the Commanding Officer of the 3 Battalion (Rear) of the Nigerian Army, Major AE Ogegbe, on Tuesday.
The meeting aimed to strengthen the collaboration between the Presidential Amnesty Programme and the Nigerian Army in Delta State. Discussions focused on enhancing security and peace-building efforts in the region.
