Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has on Saturday attended the Nigeria Army Marathon Competition in Yola.
The 2023, 23 Brigade Commander’s Inter-Agency 25km Marathon Competition, held at Gibson Jalo Cantonment Yola.
He donated five million naira and one hundred thousand naira each to the 24 participants of the marathon competition.
Governor Fintiri commended the participants for exhibiting sporting prowess during the competition.
He lauded the Nigerian Army and other sister security agencies for maintaining peace in the state.
